At The Slow Fashion Movement Denmark by Kim Felecia we offer exclusive made garments through special orders. Through our shop you can request a special made design. The prices depends on your request, wishes and needs. When requesting an order we will return to you to clarify your order interests. When receiving your confirmation of the clarification we will send you an order sheet from where we will need your final confirmation and signature based on your order request. Additionally we will require a deposite from the product price. When the payment of the deposite is received we will begin your order. The full payment will be required when your order is completed and ready for pickup or shipment. Please note, that we accept payments through banktransfers.
To your information we use a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties. by Kim Felecia’s own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.

Delivery and Shipment

The delivery og your order request depends on your order. We will estimate the time of production of your special made order when your request is received. We return with the production time as well as time of delivery when sending you the order sheet based on your request and your confirmation to our clarification of your wishes and needs.
We both offer shipment as well as we accept if you wish to pickup your order. If you wish to use our shipment service, please read below information.
by Kim Felecia uses GLS and PostNord/Privat as well as PostNord/Erhverv for shipment of your ordered items. The freight cost is calculated from the weight of the items. You can choose to have your shipment sent with delivery to your home address or the nearest package shop. Furthermore you will receive a Track and Trace-numer upon shipment, which allows you to track the shipment at all times.

If you regret your purchase (withdrawal)

No right of refund is granted on goods purchased from your special order request , as the product is of such a nature that, under Danish law, the right of return cannot or should not be granted. The Slow Fashion Movement Denmark Kim Felecia offers special made (tailored) products of couture and limited editions, from where no refund is granted on such items.
by Kim Felecia only offers a return policy on 14 days on our accessories unless the accessory is part of a special made tailored order. Please note, that we do not accept returns on any face-masks (covid-masks) due to handling the Covid-19 responsible and safely when it comes to our customers safety.

Condition of the item you have returned

You are responsible for the condition of the product, and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means, that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item is tested/used in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and therefore of decreased value. This means, that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount refunded. It is up to us/by Kim Felecia to evaluate the item’s condition.


There is a 2 years warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to defects in material and production.
Please note, that we do not cover lost pearls and other lost embellishment on the products.
Any complaints regarding defects must be reported to the company in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. With this we consider a maximum of two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.
Please note, that we cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
